Have you ever wondered how left-handers get on learning to knit?

Well I grew up in a household of 5, and the only leftie. I wanted to learn to knit and my mum had to work out how to do that. So….after much thought she bit the bullet and taught me right handed knitting.

Yes, you read that correctly. Sounds crazy I know, but it was much easier for me to learn to do it right handed than left-handed, as all patterns are for righties. I would have faced a lifetime of trying to convert patterns etc. Smart mum eh. Now, crochet, that’s a story for another post.
